When we shared our AW14 campaign, we couldn’t help but immediately look up the nearest helter skelter and head straight down to the funfair. Meet our new fun-loving Sunday Girls, starting with Tori.
Oasis – Happy October, Tori! As we’re in the transitional stage between the two, do you prefer your summer or winter wardrobe?
Tori – Winter – without a doubt!
Oasis – In that case, what’s your one must-have for Autumn?
Tori – My Oasis grey cocoon coat because it’s so lovely and cosy.
Oasis – Don’t worry, we’ve been eyeing up that one too! What are you most looking forward to about Autumn?
Tori – Sunny Autumn days when the leaves are starting to fall and the air is turning cold. This means I can wrap up, grab a Starbucks and go for a walk in Greenwich park when it looks its prettiest! Cheesy, I know, but I genuinely get excited about stuff like this!
Oasis – What’s on your autumnal playlist when you’re walking through the park?
My favourites change on a daily basis, but my firm favourite are a few oldies which never age, like Counting Crows, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Stereophonics (this one’s played every year!), Elliott Smith, Sia and Laura Veirs.
Oasis – How would you describe your personal style?
Tori – I like to go for understated outfits with a natural effortless style. I don’t aim to stand out from the crowd but if someone were to look at me I’d like them to think I’d made an effort.
Oasis – You always look so well put-together Tori, you needn’t worry! What’s the best style advice you’ve ever been given?
Tori – If you don’t feel comfortable don’t wear it.
Oasis – We couldn’t agree with that one more. But, lastly, what’s the best thing about working at Oasis?
Tori – The people I work with everyday – another cheesy answer!
As the first of our Sunday Girls in the Coat Edit. you’ve got plenty more to look forward to. But until then, why not have a browse of our pretty Sunday Girl archive.
