How best describes your workout style?
My workout style is to feel comfortable and fashionable in what I’m wearing, I’m usually in front of a mirror so it’s nice to be in something that makes me feel good.
What gets you moving?
Music gets me moving. As long as there’s good music on, I’m up for a workout!
What’s inside your gym bag?
A bottle of water, face wipes, headphones and a change of clothes!
What’s on your gym playlist?
Britney spears, Jennifer Lopez, Clean Bandit… but I often put my iPad on shuffle then I never know what I’ll get!
Pre workout fuel?
Pre workout I tend to have a coffee and maybe a banana and some toast (New Year’s resolution to eat healthier!)
Post workout treat?
I love chocolate so anything to hit that craving!
Favourite piece from the new active collection?
My favourite piece is the floral print vest. It’s lightweight and comfortable and looks great tucked in to my sweatpants or with a pair of leggings.
