How best describes your workout style?
I like to mix up my gym style and switch between a sleek black look and pops of colour. Comfort is a big thing for me, so I’m definitely a leggings kind of girl when it comes to yoga or the gym. I find them really stress free for moving around mixed with loose to semi fitted tops.
What gets you moving?
I love working out as a stress reliever. That’s definitely something that gets me moving, especially when it’s been a long week.
What’s inside your gym bag?
Make-up remover wipes, sports bra, gym clothes, Nike trainers, headphones, gym towel, water bottle, Carmex lip balm, deodorant, a sports hoodie and a scarf for leaving the gym.
What’s on your gym playlist?
Sia, Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love” , Zara Larsson “Lush Life” , Destiny’s Child, Flo Rida, Kenny Loggins “Footloose”, Avicii and David Guetta.
Pre workout fuel?
Porridge and blueberries.
Post workout treat?
A mango or pineapple smoothie.
