It's official: we have a girl crush on Karen Gillan! We've been following her 60s-inspired style ever since we saw this redhead steal the screen in Dr Who... and we're just as hooked with her laid back luxe look off screen.

So tonight, it's over to Manhattan, before Carrie Bradshaw et al showcased their inimitable style as Karen takes the lead role as 60s supermodel Jean Shrimpton opposite Aneurin Barnard as infamous 60s photographer, David Bailey. The scene is their 1962 Vogue photoshoot, marking their first encounter and resulting love affair. The swinging 60s shot against the ever glamorous backdrop of NYC and tracing the journey of too such exciting (and gorgeous) leads? We'll take our seat on the sofa now!

We'll Take Manhattan is on BBC4 at 9.00pm tonight.

We're feeling a touch of the Swinging 60s after visiting our Regent Street store and spying our new window scheme! Bright, beautiful and just right for layering in this unpredictable weather, we're taking a walk down our very own Style Avenue for our Autumn must haves.

 We've just caught up with our Design Team who couldn't wait to share their snaps from Vintage at Southbank Centre – the place to see and be seen last weekend. 

Celebrating seven decades of British Cool, it was a whistle stop tour of fashion, food, art, dance, design and film from the 1920s to 1980s. The girls have returned to the office full of inspiration from these gorgeous vintage prints and retro styling – watch this space to see how it inspires their next designs!

We're sure from our previous blog posts you're aware that we're very big fans of gorgeous girl duo The Pierces at Oasis HQ... and we're just so excited that the girls love us back! Our Press Team met with Catherine and Allison yesterday to help them pick their favourite pieces from our Christmas collection which we'll be delivering to them soon.
