Tell us Nicky, what would be your essential item for the races?
A head to toe Oasis outfit of course but a great camera to capture the fashion spectacle of the day is a must.
Advice for the day?
Stand near the entrance to watch everybody turn up and check out the slightly ‘posher part’ of the members enclosure as this was more useful for spotting trends!
What inspired you?
Confidence in pink as ‘the’ colour. Bubble hems on dresses – we will look at designing these asap!
What can you take away from the day?
Photos from the day and conclusions of the trends. I am now looking at SS09 season with my designer and using inspiration from Ascot.
Highlight of the trip?
Spotting so much gorgeous Oasis product being worn!
Fashion tip for the races in 2008?
Floral prints and head to toe colour.
