Third time’s a charm, and this Sunday Girl’s tartan two piece is oh-so-charming. You’ve read the feature, now it’s time to meet our newest Sunday Girl: Jen.
Oasis – Do you prefer your summer or winter wardrobe?
Jen – Although I’m a bit sad to say goodbye to summer, I prefer my winter wardrobe – I can get my coat, hat and boots out again! I hope it snows this year too, who doesn’t love a bit of snow?!
Oasis – Although you’ve named your top three, what’s your one must-have for Autumn?
Jen – I love my Oasis leather jacket – I bought it a few months ago but it looks great with everything so that’ll be making a few appearances. It’s fab for this time of year as it’s not quite coat weather just yet but you still need something to keep the chill at bay!
Oasis – You just can’t beat leather weather! What are you most looking forward to about Autumn?
Jen – I love this time of year as the leaves are changing and the colours are lovely – a sunny, crisp autumn morning is gorgeous! When it gets colder you’ve also got an excuse to stay in and watch a movie in front of the fire – perfect!
Oasis – How would you describe your personal style?
Jen – I don’t think I really follow trends that much, so I just wear what I like and what I think suits me. I’m definitely a skinny jeans girl – I love them! I like dressing them up with a nice top, blazer and heels or cosy knitwear, boots (and my trusty leather jacket!) for a more casual look. I like statement necklaces too – they can dress up a plain top or dress so easily.
Oasis – Accessories always make an outfit! What’s the best style advice you’ve ever been given?
Jen – If you wear what suits you, you’ll always look stylish – just because something is on trend it doesn’t mean you have to wear it. I also go by the “one or the other” rule – if you’re wearing something that shows your legs, don’t wear a low cut top too!
Oasis – What’s the best thing about working at Oasis?
Jen – The people are great and they genuinely love what they do, which makes it a lovely environment to work in.
Oasis – And we couldn’t wish for a better colleague – and friend!
