You may know South West London blogger Jazmine from Jazzabelle’s Diary, but did you know that she runs a lifestyle blog with her nursery nurse mum Barrina, called Barri and Belle? Full of home décor inspiration and plenty of simple recipes, we couldn’t help but try out their smoothie recipe ourself!
In a little effort to try and eat healthily, Barri and Jazmine have made sure that they use the yummiest fresh fruits and there are no nasties in there. They’ve stuck to strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, but feel free to mix things up (literally!) with your favourite fruits.
As Jazmine is trying to lessen her dairy intake, she’s chosen to replace milk with soya, but feel free to use normal cow’s milk instead. Add in a couple of spoonfuls of honey to keep things sweet, and, if you fancy making things super duper healthy, add some grated carrot or beetroot.
Whizz things all together in your blender, and pour into your prettiest tumbler – Nigella’s got nothing on you!
